Holiday Deadlines!!

If you are waiting to place orders, time is running out. The holiday deadline is fast approaching and if you are wanting your order before Christmas, you need to get it to me this week. I will be placing an order Tuesday or Wednesday. I will not be placing orders the weekend of the 17th due to being out of town for a family holiday gathering. Therefore, all orders placed after this time will be delivered the first few days of January. The fastest way to order is by emailing me your order and paying with check. The online process takes approx 2 weeks to process which is way too long during the holiday season. If you need help ordering or have any questions, please email me and I will respond quickly. Meet little miss Samara Riane. She was 7 days old and absolutely gorgeous. It took a little while for her to get to sleep and she liked to be in control of her positioning, but we managed. I think we got some really great shots. So honored that Mom chose me to come all the way to Georgetown for her photo shoot. Enjoy!

Getting ready for Valentine's Mini Sessions this weekend. After so many days of warm weather, it looks like it's going to be pretty cold on Saturday. Bundle up your little ones for a day in the park. I will be at Kiroli Park from 11am-4pm in a location yet to be decided. I'll let you know exactly where I'll be closer to the day. Haven't exactly decided yet. Valentine's Mini Sessions

Valentine's Mini Sessions are coming up on January 30, 2010. These will be 30 minute sessions offering 5-10 proofs in an online gallery. The cost is $50 which is due at time of session. This fee includes 2 5x7's, 25 4x6 Valentine Cards, and 8 wallet photo valentines. Additional prints may be ordered as extras. Location will be Kiroli Park in West Monroe..........11am to 4 pm. Remember to wear red, pink, or black and feel free to bring any props you have such as heart suckers, hearts, red chairs, etc. Appointments are required........NO SESSION FEES.

Happy New Year! What a great year this has been for my family. We are blessed beyond measure and owe it all to our Savior, Jesus Christ! Fall Appointments

I'm now booking for fall appointments....August is full and September has a few openings. Since I only do 2-4 sessions per month, they go fast. For Christmas sessions, I will be scheduling more sessions per month. If you are interested in Christmas sessions, let me know early so I can put you down. Christmas sessions will end on December 4th...I am not scheduling any Christmas sessions after this date to ensure that all orders arrive in a timely manner for those sending out Christmas cards.

Here is Kade's thank you card from his 4th birthday. He had a blast and is ready for another one tomorrow. He wanted to know if he could "buy" another birthday with his birthday money so he could have another one. I love my big boy!!! He learned how to smim all on his own this week while we were in Hot Springs. Here he is just goofing off in his little pool.

Here are a few pics of my little man who just turned 4. We traveled to Norton Art Gallery in Shreveport for Easter portraits again this year because it's so beautiful during spring time there. Acres and acres I had to chase him over just to satisfy my need for Easter portraits. But he had fun and so did we.

Session Fee...............$35

MINIMUM ORDER=$50

This includes 1-2 hours of time at your home or a location of your choice, multiple clothing changes, proofing & retouching of photos, and 1 free 8x10 of your choice. Session fee is due at time of photo session and is non-refundable. (cash or check only made payable to Kiesha Nowlin or Nowlin Photography).

I serve Monroe, LA and surrounding areas within 30 miles. If you're not in my area, contact me for rates. Outdoor sessions with natural light are greatly encouraged, although open shade is preferred over bright sun.

An online proof gallery will be made available 1-2 weeks after your photo session. This gallery will include 20-30 proofs from your photo session. The gallery will be available for 2 weeks. An email will be sent to you when your session is available for viewing. If you want your album viewing time to be extended by 2 weeks, there will be a $20 fee.

Custom card creations are available for baby announcements, birthday invitations, thank you cards, graduation announcements, holiday cards, etc. Card are available in 4x6 or 5x7 size, are sold in sets of 25, and come with envelopes. Pre-designed cards are available for viewing on my main site and are listed by number and size. Colors can be changed on most cards to match your photo session if desired. Custom card templates can also be designed for a specific theme. Card templates are not credited by Nowlin Photography, therefore, cannot be sold as blank templates, only completed cards with your photos inserted.
